Before you commit.
Do I pay now?
No. You commit quantities and we call to confirm them. Payment is collected only if the pool reaches activation by the deadline — and then you pay the price the pool unlocked, not the opening price.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or ACH against an invoice. We don’t take cards for pool orders.
Does the price really drop for people who already committed?
Yes. The pool settles at one price and everybody in it pays that price, whenever they joined. That is why the early-bird incentive is a cash rebate rather than a better price — it rewards going first without breaking the one-price rule.
How low can the price go?
To the floor shown on the pricing page, and no lower. The floor is built from what the shipment actually costs us to land: factory price, duty, freight, customs and insurance, plus a working margin. The milestones step down toward it in shrinking increments.
Is the progress bar real?
It only counts commitments we have verified by phone. Nothing appears on the bar until someone has confirmed the buyer and the quantities. We’d rather show a smaller honest number than a padded one.
Why do some products have no price?
Because the factory hasn’t quoted them to us. The range page lists the manufacturer’s full catalogue with real product codes and factory packing quantities, but only the products we hold firm pricing on are in the pool. We’d rather show a product with no price than a price we made up. Ask, and we’ll get it quoted.
Do I order by the unit or by the case?
By the unit. Enter the quantity you actually need — 10, 20, 50, or whatever makes sense for your operation. The factory case quantity is shown for packing and logistics, but you do not have to buy a full case. GroupRFQ combines your order with other buyers to reach the factory MOQ.
How can I buy less than a full case?
The group purchase aggregates demand before the supplier shipment is placed. Your commitment is the number of units you need; the combined group reaches the supplier MOQ. Final fulfillment and packing are confirmed before the pool closes.
Can I mix different products?
Yes — that’s the point of pooling a whole category. Order two cases of one product and one case of another if that’s what you need. Every line counts toward the same pool total.
Why is the bar in dollars instead of units?
Because the manufacturer’s minimum is a dollar figure, and the products differ several times over in price. Counting units would let a pool of the cheapest item look full while sitting far below the order minimum.
What if the pool doesn’t fill?
If it doesn’t reach activation by the deadline, nothing is charged and the order doesn’t run. You’re never on the hook for a pool that fails to close.
Are the prices final?
Prices shown are indicative until the pool closes. We confirm unit prices against the manufacturer quote before collecting payment, and you approve your final order before anything is charged.
